DXN
Solutions also carries on business as an application service provider,
manages and distributes software-based services and solutions to
customers across a wide network area from a centralised data center and
to act as distributor, retailer, sales and services agent of web-based

forward and been recognised by Malaysian Development Corporation Sdn.

DXN Holdings Bhd. (DXN) was incorporated in Malaysia on 11th
October 1995 as a private limited company. It was subsequently
converted into a public limited company on 16th July 2002. The
principal activities of the Company are investment holding and
provision of management services. DXN Holdings Bhd. comprises 17
subsidiaries and one associated company, and is at present a listed
company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia (formerly known as the
Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, KLSE).
